How to choose among four similar capacities

Start with the refrigerator voltage and its highest compressor-start reading. Then compare the usable energy needed across a full day, including cycling and an automatic defrost period when applicable.

Once the electrical gates are clear, the meaningful differences are weight, solar input, AC recharge speed, expansion, and price. A slightly larger rated capacity does not automatically overcome a weaker fit elsewhere.

Measure before relying on a runtime claim

A plug-in energy meter can capture watt-hours across a normal 24-hour period. Use an inrush-capable meter or model-specific evidence for compressor startup. Keep the refrigerator closed during the outage and preserve reserve for battery age, warm rooms, and a longer outage.
