Calculator and outage-plan data
The runtime calculator processes inputs in the browser. The outage planner can save a plan to local browser storage on the visitor device. Power Station Station does not receive that saved plan unless the visitor separately chooses to send its contents through a future contact channel.
A visitor can clear saved planner data through the browser storage controls or by clearing site data for the domain.
Merchant-click events
When a visitor opens a manufacturer route, the site can record the event name, product, merchant, page placement, page path, and timestamp. Google Analytics can also receive that outbound-click event. The event does not intentionally include a name, email address, appliance measurements, or saved outage plan.
Hosting infrastructure may also process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timing for security and delivery. Retention depends on the production hosting configuration.
Google Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, traffic sources, device and browser categories, approximate location, engagement, and outbound manufacturer clicks. The active measurement ID is G-59TWC972R4. Google Analytics may set identifiers such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>, and it processes request information needed to provide the service.
Analytics retention follows the setting selected in the Google Analytics property. Visitors can limit analytics through browser privacy controls, cookie blocking, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The current site does not require an account, newsletter subscription, advertising profile, or payment.
External websites
External manufacturer websites have their own privacy and cookie practices. Opening one of those links moves the visitor outside Power Station Station. Their data handling is governed by their own policies, not this one.
Security and policy changes
Reasonable technical controls are used to limit accepted conversion-event fields and approved merchant destinations. No internet service can promise absolute security.
